A Culture of Care and Protection - New Challenges for Consecrated Life

Voices, many voices - belonging to cardinals, bishops, men and women religious and lay people- can be heard in these pages, all advocating a culture capable of generating care and protection. Questions and suggestions from abuse survivors provide the strating point for some very necessary reflection both inside and outside religious communities. A new awareness is needed because only a common response can translate into new courses of action capable of making the Church a safe environment for everyone.
